## Product Boundary

ECF Core is the open-source self-hosted context-governance runtime. It prepares local context and policy evidence for Triptych OS (Agent OS) preview/import, but it does not deploy agents, handle wallets, run x402 settlement, mutate marketplace trust, or include private Full ECF internals.
