Milestone 1 does not vendor or directly copy upstream source code, prompt
bodies, persona bodies, themes, images, or raw corpora. The following sources
informed independently written contracts and documentation. Exact revisions
are recorded in `docs/research/source-adoption-matrix.md`.

## Harness Engineering

review, context routing, tool legibility, domain ownership, authority,
claim-matched proof, feedback, effectiveness, carrying cost, and control
retirement. Nothing under `sources/raw/` is copied. Third-party quotations,
articles, transcripts, images, screenshots, embeds, logos, trademarks, and
private repository material are excluded.
