Deliver and deploy the agbrowse documentation and code-mode reliability overhaul:

- fix audited P0-P3 issues;
- restore release gates;
- build full cli-jaw-style GitHub Pages developer documentation with Korean V1 parity;
- improve README and source-of-truth docs;
- verify locally;
- commit and push to `main`;
- confirm live GitHub Pages deployment.
