## Verdict

Aeonora is ready to share and use as a working proof of concept. It is suitable for investor demonstrations, developer evaluation, and non-sensitive experiments.

It is not ready for material funds, irreversible autonomous actions, sensitive production data, or claims of permanent decentralized availability.

## Working now

- Live landing page, documentation, and browser vault at `aeonora.net`.
- Client-side encrypted Markdown brain.
- 24-word cross-device recovery.
- WebAuthn PRF passkey unlock where supported.
- Versioned encrypted sync with conflict rejection.
- Self-hosted Kubo/IPFS encrypted snapshots and public CID retrieval.
- Local stable identity, constitution lineage, policies, receipts, migration, and suspension.
- Hermes, OpenClaw, NanoClaw, and OpenHands Markdown/context adapter surfaces.
- `AeonoraRegistry` identity, controller transfer, delayed recovery, lifecycle, receipts, and brain pointers.
- Browser-wallet Base Sepolia deployment and anchoring flow.
- Deterministic 10/10 portability eval and production browser/security checks.

## Known limits

- One independently operated IPFS node.
- No canonical public Aeonora registry address.
- No independent professional security or Solidity audit.
- No active Cloudflare custom write-rate rule.
- No post-quantum key encapsulation.
- Adapter tests prove Markdown movement, not identical model behavior.
- CLI remote migration does not yet provide owner-authorized cross-runtime key rewrapping.

## Foundation assessment

The foundation is built for the POC:

1. **Identity:** deterministic local identity and a tested EVM registry.
2. **Private brain:** canonical Markdown bundles encrypted before upload.
3. **Recovery:** portable phrase plus optional passkey convenience.
4. **Storage:** mutable hosted sync plus immutable IPFS content addressing.
5. **Portability:** key-rotating migration and thin Markdown adapters.
6. **Verification:** commitments, lineage, receipts, automated evals, and explicit claim boundaries.

The next phase is hardening, not discovering the product foundation: independent replication, canonical public deployment, abuse controls, real cross-harness semantic trials, and external review.

## Public description

> Aeonora gives AI agents portable identity and encrypted memory. Owners can recover the same Markdown brain across devices and supported harness surfaces, verify its content-addressed snapshot, and optionally anchor identity and continuity on Base Sepolia.

Always pair this with: **experimental, single-node, unaudited proof of concept**.
