## Creative references

Use references for:

- Structure
- Pacing
- Shot order
- Caption density
- Narrative pattern
- Inspiration

Do not use references to copy:

- Protected creative assets
- Finished ads
- Brand identities
- Creator likenesses
- Trademarks
- Claims
- Voice or persona

## Claims

Generated scripts should stay close to product facts supplied by the user.

Review extra carefully when a script includes:

- Guaranteed results
- Medical or health claims
- Financial claims
- Superiority claims such as "best" or "#1"
- Before/after claims
- Scarcity claims
- Testimonials or review claims

Use `forbiddenClaims` in the input when the team knows certain claims must not appear.

## Rights and likeness

Do not use this tool to impersonate people, creators, competitors, public figures, or brands without permission.

If a plan references an actor, creator, reviewer, or customer, confirm that rights are cleared before production.

## Platform policy

Each ad platform has its own rules. Review the final script, storyboard, captions, claims, and landing page before publishing.
