Invoke the `wire-setup-modules` skill (at `admin-kit/.claude/skills/wire-setup-modules/SKILL.md`) and follow its behavior contract.

Parse arguments after `/wire-setup-modules`:
- `--fiddle <path>` → explicit fiddle root override. Default: walk up from cwd looking for `modules.json`.
- `--force` / `-f` → for any already-deployed project, run `ws-clean` for it first, then rebuild.

Pre-check:
- The fiddle has `modules.json` and `wpm_modules/` (or `additionalAdminModulePaths` listing explicit workspaces). If neither, the bin will warn "no admin-modules workspaces discovered" — surface that and ask.

Run `npx --yes -p @wiresphere/admin-kit ws-wire-setup-modules [args]` from the fiddle root.

Surface the bin's summary (built/skipped/failed) and the bounce warning (if any) to the user. If failures occurred, link to `federation-error-catalogue` entry matching the symptom (cross-workspace symlink #2, jar shadowed by ext #3, module duplication #6, controller missing #4, etc).
