Invoke the `clean-workflow` skill (at `admin-kit/.claude/skills/clean-workflow/SKILL.md`) and follow its behavior contract.

Parse arguments after `/clean`:
- `<name>` → clean that specific project: `npx ws-clean <name>`.
- No args → ask the user which project before running (mass-clean is destructive).
- `--kind jar` / `--kind ext` → filter by target.
- `jar <pathtojar>` → escape-hatch: `npx ws-clean jar <path>` strips every `META-INF/federation/<*>/` entry from that specific jar.

Pre-check:
- Workspace is bonded: `wsconfig.json` exists.
- If the project has consumers loaded in a running fiddle, warn that they'll fail until re-shipped.

When the user wants to SWITCH a project's deploy target (jar → ext or vice versa), recommend cleaning BOTH targets first (`--kind jar` then `--kind ext` for the same name, or use the escape hatch).
