  `getComponentFromLookup` now lifts `key` off the props object before spreading it, covering every `DropdownMenu` item type, `Submenu`, and the `Table` toolbar buttons. The `Select` option components pass `label`/`statusBadgeProps` explicitly rather than spreading raw option data, and `Breadcrumbs` strips a consumer-supplied `key` from the item spread. Element keys are unchanged in every case.
