### Fixed

- the client bundle now registers under the package name
  (`@vincent-guo/dsh-loading-phrases`) instead of the pre-rename short id:
  the harness module loader keys its graph rows by package name and failed
  the bundle with "loaded without registering ... via
  __ModuleLoader__.load" after the 0.7.0 rename. The client behavior test
  now derives the expected registration id from `package.json` `name` so
  the two cannot drift apart again.

### Changed

- npm package renamed to `@vincent-guo/dsh-loading-phrases` — the scoped
  namespace marks this plugin as part of the author's planned
  `@vincent-guo/dsh-*` plugin family. The unscoped `dsh-loading-phrases`
  package is deprecated on npm with a pointer to the new name.
- the bundle row label and install instructions now use the scoped name;
  runtime identifiers are unchanged: the composition row id
  (`loading-phrases`), the client bundle id, the config route
  (`/dsh-loading-phrases/config.json`), and the user config file
  (`$DSH_HOME/dsh-loading-phrases.json`) all keep their names.
