## Memory Guardian Protocol

Memory is project truth, not a suggestion. Use hybrid search (70% Cosine + 30% BM25, 0.55 threshold). NEVER contradict stored decisions without memory-update. Use ONLY highly relevant memories + standards. Acknowledge after code gen. Store ONLY if durable + affects future behavior. NEVER store coordination state (claims, file ownership).
