## Task Configuration
```yaml
task_type: "interactive-workflow"
complexity: "moderate"
estimated_time: "30-60 minutes"
elicit: true
prerequisites: []
outputs:
  - idea-quantity-report
  - creative-insights-list
  - energy-assessment
```

## Task Objective
Generate maximum quantity and diversity of ideas without judgment or filtering, using rapid-fire creative techniques.

## Process Workflow

### Phase 1: Energy Assessment & Technique Selection (5 minutes)
**Energy Check**: Rate current creative energy (1-10)
**Technique Selection** based on energy:
1. **High Energy**: Classic Brainstorming, Random Word Storm, Rapid Association
2. **Moderate Energy**: Mind Mapping, SCAMPER Deep-Dive, What-If Scenarios
3. **Lower Energy**: Systematic Listing, Assumption Surfacing, Gentle Exploration

### Phase 2: Rapid Idea Generation (20-40 minutes)
**Core Rules:**
- Quantity over quality - aim for 50+ ideas
- No criticism or evaluation during generation
- Build on others' ideas with "Yes, and..."
- Wild and crazy ideas encouraged
- Stay focused on ideation, not feasibility

**Process:**
1. Set timer for idea generation bursts (5-10 minute intervals)
2. Apply selected techniques rapidly
3. Capture ALL ideas without filtering
4. Switch techniques when energy flags
5. Take 2-minute energizer breaks between bursts

### Phase 3: Idea Expansion (10-15 minutes)
**Expansion Techniques:**
- Take promising ideas and generate 5 variations each
- Use "What else?" questioning to push beyond obvious
- Apply "Make it worse/better/different" prompts
- Cross-pollinate ideas from different categories

### Phase 4: Quantity Assessment & Energy Review (5 minutes)
**Success Metrics:**
- Total ideas generated
- Diversity of idea types
- Most surprising/unexpected ideas
- Energy sustainability throughout session

## Success Criteria
- Minimum 30 distinct ideas generated
- At least 3 different creative techniques used
- Evidence of building beyond first obvious ideas
- Maintained high energy/engagement throughout
- Clear quantity focus without premature evaluation

## Integration Points
- **Follow-up Task**: `convergent-thinking` for idea evaluation and selection
- **Alternative Path**: `creative-exploration` for deeper problem exploration
- **Documentation**: Use `experiment-results-tmpl.yaml` for session capture
