A documentation release for `Booking`'s extras.

## Changed

- `Booking` `extras`: on v9 the description and images of an extra come from the be-on! Hub and
  are shown by default. Do not add `media` or `fallbackImage` on v9; maintain the extras in the
  Hub, in the demo hub and once more in the production hub at launch. On v10 `media` stays the
  only source.

## Migration Impact

- No runtime behavior, prop or markup changes.
