A row of facts separated by middots no longer starts a wrapped line with a dot.

## Fixed

- `RentalCard`'s inline facts (`factGlyphs: "none"`), `RentalFactList` with `layout: "inline"` and
  `RentalDistances` with `layout: "inline"`: when the row wraps, the next line no longer begins with
  "·". The dot now sits in the gap between two items on the same line, and the line's first item
  shows none. The items are now a fixed 1.25rem apart with the dot centered in the gap; before, the
  spacing came from the dot's own width and margins, so the rows sit slightly tighter.

## Changed

- `RentalFactList` with `layout: "inline"` clips its row to hide the dots at a line start, so a link
  in it (the `rating` chip) draws its keyboard focus ring inside itself (`outline-offset: -2px`).
- The README's "Islands and client directives" names the Vite setting a site's dev server needs, so
  islands from this package hydrate in `astro dev` and the studio preview
  (`optimizeDeps.include` for Base UI's `use-sync-external-store` shim). The build was never affected.
