Patch release: one German copy string in `SearchResults` reworded. No API, CSS or `data-part` change. It was the first release of this package through the gated `release.yml`; these notes were written after the fact (2026-09-11), the published tarball carries the empty scaffold.

## Changed

- `SearchResults`: the German default for `empty` (no results) now reads „Leider konnten wir keine passenden Unterkünfte für Ihre Suche finden." Sites that pass their own `copy.empty` are unaffected.
