The last figures that came only as formatted text come as numbers too: the review summary's
average and count, each applied discount's amount, and the price on a calendar day.

## Added

- `averageRating`, `maxRating` (`5`) and `ratingCount` on `reviews.summary` of rentals. They
  state the numbers in `rating` and `count`: the average is rounded up to one decimal as in the
  text, and the count is of the reviews with a rating, which can be fewer than `items`.
- `amount` on each `discount.applied` entry of search items and alternative periods:
  `formattedAmount` as `{ amount, currency }`, in the currency's minor unit and negative, as the
  backend sends it (`-16330` = -€163.30).
- `price` on calendar days of initial availability: `formattedPrice` as `{ amount, currency }`,
  omitted whenever `formattedPrice` is null.
- The schema `MoneySchema` and the type `Money`, the `{ amount, currency }` shape of all three
  and of the search totals. `SearchMoneySchema` and `SearchMoney` stay, as the same shape.
