## 1. Upgrade

## 2. Optional: read counts from `capacity`

Code that parses counts out of `highlights` or `roomSummary` ("3 Schlafzimmer") can read
`capacity.bedrooms` and the other fields instead. Treat a missing field as "not stated".

## 3. Check texts you parse or override

- Code that reads counts out of `roomSummary` or `highlights` by their wording breaks: v10 now
  writes "4 Gäste" instead of "4 Maximale Personenzahl". Read `capacity` instead.
- Code that compares v10 `property.propertyType` with an enum value (`APARTMENT_COMPLEX`) breaks:
  the field now holds the translated label, as on v9.
- `translationOverrides` for a key in the CHANGELOG's table keep working. An override of
  `RoomSummary.<field>.label` no longer changes a count line; override
  `RoomSummary.<field>.count.one` and `.count.other` for that.

## 4. English pages show German texts where no English exists

v10 rentals without an English text now return the German text (before: no text), and both
backends list such fields in `descriptionFallbacks`. A site that hides a section without an
English text can check `descriptionFallbacks` instead and decide per field: show the German text
marked as German (`lang="de"`), or hide it.
