A fix release for the v10 region tree.

## Fixed

- v10: reading the region tree (`RegionsService.getRegions`) failed for every website with
  `Cannot query field "position" on type "websites_WebsiteRegionRental"`. The websites service
  no longer has a rental's position in a region. The query now selects only the fields the SDK
  reads; the result is unchanged.
