▸ `Private` **default**(`concurrency`, `iterator`, `predicate`): `Promise`<`any`\>

Executes the given predicate against the given iterator asynchronously, gating so that
only `concurrency` number predicates are running at once, resolving with an array
of all values produced, in order of the iterator.

#### Parameters
