# UI and UX

Service and professional visitors need to understand suitability, judge trust, compare the options that matter, see the process, find practical details, and take the next step. Not every journey becomes its own section, and a contact form is not required.

Use plain labels, predictable controls, and feedback the visitor can act on. [Nielsen's heuristics](https://www.nngroup.com/articles/ten-usability-heuristics/) are principles, not a layout. Keep the accepted direction. Do not add a section quota or a motif quota.

When images are scarce, explain the work. When one service matters more, show that difference. Repetition is fine when each repeat does the same job.
