Remove many unused scripts and configs and clean up build system with a much more minimal Webpack/Babel setup.

Upgrade libraries so everything works with React 16+. Specifically, `react-dnd-scrollzone` is no longer maintained and now broken, so we've swapped it out for [ZenHubHQ's version](https://github.com/ZenHubHQ/react-dnd-scrollzone). Since they have not deployed this to NPM, we've included all of the files under `src/` in that repo into `src/zenhubhq_react-dnd-scrollzone` in our repo, and added all of its dependencies in that repo's `package.json` to our repo's `package.json`.

Also, `SortableList` and `SortableItem` are now called `KanbanLane` and `KanbanCard`, respectively.

Added itemCacheKey prop to be able to specify a custom key for caching Item components. This comes handy if underlaying Item data changes (like a title) and needs to be re-rendered to reflect new height.

Added `scrollToList` and `scrollToAlignment` to set kanban scroll to desired list.
