		# Terms of Use
		[You](/ping) become a `#{Name}` transition partner when [you](/ping) !{download} #{Name}:
		simply replace `ENDSERVICE` in the !{download}-link with the //DOMAIN/ENDPOINT.exe of your 
		service returning [you](/ping) in its list of `#{Name}` users.

		By !{download}ing #{Name}</a>, [you](/ping) agree to:
		+ not distribute `#{Name}` outside your service
		without the 
		<a 
			href="mailto:#{pocs}&subject=Please allow us to redistribute #{Name}">
			expressed permission of NGA/R
		</a>.
		Please note that `#{Name}` contains antitamper watermarks to detect plagiraization per NGA/OGC
		guidance.
		+ enable your `ENDSERVICE` endpoint to accept the `#{Name}` interface parameters below.  When no parameters
		are supplied, your `ENDSERVICE` will return a [json list](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JSON) of `#{Name}` users
		that must include !{you}.
		+ [accredit](http://inteldocs/ngaRaccreditations) your `ENDSERVICE` by recovering
		<a href="#{host}/#{name}.run">#{Name} baseline</a> results. 
		+ credit NGA/R in your `ENDSERVICE` for `#{Name}`. 
		+ supply all `#{Name}` dependencies -- !{reqts[engine]} -- into your `ENDSERVICE`.

		NGA/R reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.
