The files in this directory (brand/) — including but not limited to SVG
logotypes, monograms, wordmarks, avatars, color definitions, and any other
visual identity assets — are NOT licensed under the MIT license that applies
to the source code of this repository or package.

These assets are proprietary trademarks and creative works of Mathias
Tollerud ("the Mark Owner") and are subject to the trademark and brand
asset terms described in the root LICENSE file of this repository.

PERMITTED USES

You MAY:

  1. Use these assets when your project declares a dependency on @tollerud/ui
     or @tollerud/footer — through the official component APIs (e.g.
     <Monogram />, <Footer />) or documented subpath imports (e.g.
     @tollerud/ui/brand/tollerud-avatar.svg), for display in your
     application's UI.

  2. Reference these assets in documentation, screenshots, or blog posts
     for the purpose of accurately describing your use of Tollerud UI.

PROHIBITED USES

You MAY NOT, without prior written permission from the Mark Owner:

  1. Use any file from this directory as the logo, icon, or brand identifier
     for any product, service, or organization other than as part of your
     use of Tollerud UI in a dependent application.

  2. Modify or adapt these assets and present the result as an official or
     affiliated Tollerud asset.

  3. Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer these assets standalone —
     including as an asset pack, design system, or template — separate from
     your application's use of @tollerud/ui or @tollerud/footer.

  4. Include these assets in any npm package or other distributable where
     the package is not a direct consumer of @tollerud/ui or @tollerud/footer.

The presence of these files in an npm package distributed via the
@tollerud scope does not constitute a grant of any rights beyond those
explicitly listed above. The npm package "license" field applies to the
software components only, not to files in this directory.
