## Plan First

If this skill will touch 3+ files or involve architectural decisions:
1. Write a plan to `tasks/todo.md` before making changes
2. Get user confirmation on the plan
3. Only then proceed with implementation

If something goes wrong mid-execution: STOP, re-read the original goal, re-plan.
