## Success Criteria

### Hook Quality (30 points)
- Hook is under 20 words
- Hook includes a specific number or outcome
- Hook does not use "We're excited to announce"
- Hook creates curiosity or states a clear result
- Hook makes the reader want to continue

### Thread Conciseness (25 points)
- Thread is 6 posts or fewer
- Each post is 1-3 sentences maximum
- No filler words ("Also," "Additionally," "Moreover")
- Every post adds new information
- Total thread is readable in under 60 seconds

### Specificity (20 points)
- Every claim has a number or proof
- Features are listed concretely (not "supports many databases")
- Comparisons are specific ("400 bytes vs 300KB" not "much smaller")
- Social proof includes numbers ("50 projects tested" not "tested on many projects")

### CTA Quality (15 points)
- CTA is specific ("Try it free" not "Check it out")
- Link is included if applicable
- No stacked CTAs (like + follow + retweet)
- CTA is at the end of the thread
- One CTA maximum (two if one is social)

### Formatting (10 points)
- Line breaks used between paragraphs
- No walls of text
- Consistent thread numbering format
- Emoji used sparingly or not at all
- No hashtag spam

## Evaluation Scenarios

### Scenario A: Generic Launch Thread
- 8 posts, each 3-4 sentences
- Opens with "We're thrilled to announce"
- No specific numbers
- Ends with "Like, follow, and retweet!"
- **Result:** FAIL — violates hook, conciseness, and CTA criteria

### Scenario B: Talocode-Style Thread
- 5 posts, each 1-2 sentences
- Hook: "We cut deploy time from 23min to 90sec."
- Specific numbers in every post
- CTA: "Try it free: [link]"
- **Result:** PASS — meets all criteria

### Scenario C: Good Hook, Too Long
- Strong hook with specific number
- Thread is 10 posts
- Each post has good content
- **Result:** CONDITIONAL — hook passes, conciseness needs improvement

### Scenario D: Short but Vague
- 4 posts, each 1 sentence
- No specific numbers
- "Our new tool is fast and easy to use"
- **Result:** FAIL — concise but not specific

## Red Flags (Automatic Deductions)
- "We're excited to announce" as opening: -15 points
- Thread longer than 6 posts: -10 points
- No specific numbers in entire thread: -15 points
- Stacked CTAs ("Like, follow, retweet"): -10 points
- Filler words ("Also," "Additionally"): -5 points per instance
- Posts that depend on previous posts to make sense: -5 points per post
- Wall of text (no line breaks): -5 points
