### Hook Quality (25 points)
- Hook grabs attention in under 3 seconds
- Hook leads with result, problem, or specific detail
- No preamble or filler in the first line
- Hook makes the reader want to continue
- Under 15 words when possible

### Content Value (25 points)
- Post provides genuine value (information, insight, or entertainment)
- Specific numbers and examples are included
- Claims are credible and defensible
- One clear idea per post in a thread
- Concrete over abstract

### Structure and Format (20 points)
- Each thread post makes sense independently
- Line breaks are used for readability
- Short sentences (under 20 words)
- No walls of text
- Thread is 3-8 posts (not too short, not too long)

### CTA and Objective (15 points)
- Post has a clear primary objective
- CTA is specific and actionable
- CTA matches the objective
- One CTA per post
- CTA is placed at the end

### Anti-Pattern Avoidance (15 points)
- No feature lists without outcomes
- No humble brags
- No vague statements
- No hashtag spam (3 max)
- No engagement bait ("Like if you agree")
- No copy-paste content

## Evaluation Scenarios

### Scenario A: Generic Launch Tweet
- "Excited to announce our new feature! Check it out at [link]"
- No specific outcome, no numbers, no reason to care
- **Result:** FAIL — does not meet hook or content criteria

### Scenario B: Strong Launch Thread
- Hook: "We just reduced our deploy time from 23 minutes to 90 seconds."
- Thread explains how, with specific numbers and code
- CTA links to blog post with full details
- **Result:** PASS — meets all criteria

### Scenario C: Good Content, Weak Hook
- Thread has excellent technical content
- Hook is "Here's what I learned about scaling APIs"
- No specific result or number in the hook
- **Result:** CONDITIONAL — content is strong but hook needs improvement

### Scenario D: Engagement Bait
- "Unpopular opinion: most developers don't test their code. Agree?"
- No substance, just trying to get replies
- **Result:** FAIL — engagement bait without value

## Red Flags (Automatic Deductions)
- "Excited to announce" as opening: -10 points
- No specific numbers in the entire thread: -10 points
- More than 3 hashtags: -5 points
- Engagement bait ("Like if you agree"): -5 points
- Thread posts that require previous posts to understand: -5 points per post
- Feature list without outcomes: -10 points
