# sales-order-create-form

## Overview

Form for creating a new sales order (受注) in DRAFT status. The Sales Rep selects a customer, sets an order date and shipping address, and adds line items with item, quantity, and unit price. A running total is shown as lines are edited. Submitting invokes the [createSalesOrder](../resolver/createSalesOrder.md) resolver.

**Lines editor:** rows of Item + Quantity + Unit Price, with add / remove controls and a running total across all lines. At least one line is required.

**Actions:**

- Create — submits the form (disabled while submitting or when no lines exist)
- Cancel — discards and returns to the previous screen
