# outbound-shipment-create-form

## Overview

Creates an outbound shipment (出庫) in DRAFT status against a confirmed sales order. The Inventory Manager selects a sales order and an issue-from storage location; the form shows a read-only preview of the order's open lines (ordered − shipped). Submitting invokes the [createOutboundShipment](../resolver/createOutboundShipment.md) resolver — every open line is issued from the chosen location.
