# shipTransferOrder

## Overview

Ships the lines of an OPEN Transfer Order, moving source-site AVAILABLE stock into IN_TRANSIT and setting each line's `shippedQuantity`. The status stays OPEN — shipping never auto-closes or auto-receives the order. It is a separate, explicit action driven from the transfer-order detail action panel and is offered only while a line is still under-shipped.
