# Sales Rep

## Overview

The Sales Rep captures customer demand and drives it through to a committed order. They create sales orders (受注) for ACTIVE customers (BusinessPartner with the CUSTOMER role) with priced line items and a shipping address, submit them for approval, and — once confirmed — trigger fulfilment by raising outbound shipments against the order. They can also cancel an order before it ships and close it once fulfilment is complete. The same user may hold both originator and Approver roles — separation of duties is not enforced at the application level.
