# Inventory Manager

## Overview

The Inventory Manager monitors stock health across all sites and originates internal stock movement. Day-to-day they check on-hand quantities, identify low-stock or out-of-stock items, and support replenishment decisions. They also raise Transfer Orders to move stock between the warehouse and the stores (or between stores) when the inventory picture calls for it. Scope: **all sites in MVP** for both read and Transfer Order authoring (per-site scoping is deferred). Physical adjustments and cycle counts remain out of scope as a routine responsibility.
