# Q10 Team rewrites (2000 chars max)

Three fully-developed Q10 team rewrites showing how to surface credentials that the founder may have left out. Each follows the winning template per founder: full name, role, LinkedIn URL, education, experience (specific named companies + roles + years), notable recognitions, role at the project.

## Common Q10 mistakes to avoid

- Founder identified only by first name or handle. Always full name.
- Missing LinkedIn URL. Always include verifiable URL with the slug exactly matching the profile.
- Missing GitHub URL for CTO. Mandatory.
- Vague experience ("experience in finance"). Specify named company, role, years.
- Recognitions not surfaced (the IMC Top 0.1 percent, French Tech Tremplin laureate, Bitget COO Apprentice, Y Combinator alum). These are credibility multipliers.
- Missing advisors when the team is junior. Add one or two named advisors with sector pedigree.
- Missing legal entity reference (Company SAS, RCS [number]).
- Q11 (number of team members) does not match the count of distinct people in Q10.

## Q10 character calibration

The field accepts 2000 characters. Most strong Q10s land at 1700-1950 characters. If you go below 1400, the team is undersold. If you exceed 1990 you cannot safely edit later.

## What "underselling" looks like in practice

A common pattern we see in client drafts: the founder writes "Vincent has experience in finance" while their LinkedIn shows SKEMA Track Finance and Quants + Nordea Asset Management institutional clients across Europe/Singapore/Latam + BNP Paribas Client Advisor + Bitget COO Apprentice. That gap (one line vs four named credentials) is the difference between a UNDERSELLING flag and a STRONG flag.

When you review a Q10, always cross-reference the LinkedIn URL the founder provides (or that you find) against what the draft says. If the LinkedIn shows more, the draft is undersold. Surface what is on LinkedIn (positively only; never contradict the founder's own description).
