This license covers the package this file is distributed with (the
"Software"), as published by Andy Sobol (the "Owner") on npm or in the
Visual Studio Marketplace. The Software is free to use. It is not open
source.

1. Free use

   The Owner grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide
   license to install and run the Software for personal and commercial
   work, including in your organization's build and CI pipelines.
   Installing it from the registry as a dependency of your projects,
   including through lockfiles and your organization's registry mirrors
   or caches, is part of this use.

2. Your output

   Files the Software produces from your own data, such as tokens, code,
   icons, stories and reports, belong to you. This license places no
   restrictions on them.

3. What is not allowed

   Unless the Owner agrees in writing, you may not:

   (a) distribute, publish, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the
       Software or a modified version of it available to others, alone or
       as part of another product; depending on the Owner's published
       package is allowed;
   (b) modify the Software, except for changes you need to run it within
       your organization, which you must not distribute;
   (c) use the Software or its code to build a competing product;
   (d) remove or change copyright or license notices.

4. Ownership

   The Software is licensed, not sold. The Owner keeps all rights not
   expressly granted here, including the "SXL Studio" name and logo.

5. Third-party components

   The Software's dependencies remain under their own licenses.

6. Earlier versions

   Versions of the Software that were published under another license,
   such as MIT, remain under that license.

7. Termination

   This license ends automatically if you breach it. You must then stop
   using the Software and delete your copies of it.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
   DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
