# DOCX Engine Notice

This package contains proprietary DOCX Engine software. It is **not** open source.

Use, installation, import, execution, copying, and distribution of this package
are permitted only under the **DOCX Engine Proprietary License Agreement**
(see `DOCX-ENGINE-LICENSE.md`) or a separate written agreement with SuperDoc.

You may not use this package to build, train, prompt, benchmark, validate,
improve, or assist a competing or substantially similar product.

You may not reverse engineer, deobfuscate, decompile, disassemble, reconstruct
source code from, remove proprietary notices or markers from, or upload this
package to third-party AI systems, except as expressly permitted by the
DOCX Engine License or by non-waivable law.

SuperDoc's open-source code is available separately under AGPLv3. This notice
and the DOCX Engine License govern DOCX Engine only.
