**Skeleton — v0.1.0.** Workspace-internal, `"private": true`, not individually published.

Phase 2 promotes the operator-side n8n extension content (the generic, non-operator-specific parts) into core via the extension-promotion mechanism. v0.1.0 holds the placeholder slot.
