deleteWorkspace( [name] )
    Deletes a workspace.

    If not provided an argument, the REPL deletes the current workspace and
    switches to the 'base' workspace.

    The 'base' workspace *cannot* be deleted.

    Parameters
    ----------
    name: string (optional)
        Workspace name. Default: the current workspace.
