    Parameters

        when not explicitly provided.

    meta.nin: integer
        Total number of input arrays.

    meta.nout: integer
        Total number of output arrays.

    dtypes: ArrayLikeObject
        List of ndarray data types.

    obj: Object|Function
        Object on which to define properties.

    Returns

    out: Object|Function
        Object on which properties were defined.
