    Returns an iterator which cumulatively tests whether every iterated value is
    falsy.

    If an environment supports Symbol.iterator and a provided iterator is
    iterable, the returned iterator is iterable.

        Iterator.

    iterator.next(): Function
        Returns an iterator protocol-compliant object containing the next
