### Usage

#### c_xerbla( info, \*rout, \*form, ... )

Prints an error message and exits the program.

The function accepts the following arguments:

-   **info**: `[in] CBLAS_INT` argument index.
-   **rout**: `[in] char*` name of routine.
-   **form**: `[in] char*` null-terminated character format string.
-   **vargs** list of arguments to format in the format string.

void c_xerbla( const CBLAS_INT info, const char *rout, const char *form, ... );
