# CI/CD Quick Start Guide

## 🚀 TL;DR - Ready to Use

The CI/CD pipeline is **fully configured** and ready to build `agentic-jujutsu` for 6 platforms automatically. Just fix the N-API code and push!

## ✅ What's Already Done

### 1. GitHub Actions Workflows (100% Complete)

**Location**: `.github/workflows/`

- ✅ `build-native.yml` - Multi-platform builds (6 targets)
- ✅ `publish.yml` - NPM publishing automation
- ✅ `test.yml` - Test suite (already existed)

**Result**: Push code → Automatic builds for macOS, Linux, Windows (x64 + ARM64)

### 2. Package Configuration (100% Complete)

**Location**: `package.json`

- ✅ napi configuration with 6 platform targets
- ✅ Build scripts using @napi-rs/cli
- ✅ Binary exports configured
- ✅ NPM publish settings

## 🔧 What Needs To Be Done

### Step 1: Fix N-API Compilation (BLOCKING)

**Current Issue**: 110 compilation errors

**Location**: `src/wrapper.rs`, `src/types.rs`, etc.

**Errors to fix**:

### Step 2: Configure NPM Token (2 minutes)

**Generate token**:
1. Go to https://www.npmjs.com/settings/tokens
2. Click "Generate New Token" → "Automation"
3. Copy the token (starts with `npm_`)

**Add to GitHub**:

gh secret set NPM_TOKEN --body "npm_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
```

**Verify**:
```bash
gh secret list
# Should show: NPM_TOKEN    Updated YYYY-MM-DD

### Step 3: Test the Pipeline (10 minutes)
