## Overview

Reorganized 76+ markdown files from a flat structure into a logical, navigable hierarchy with 6 main categories.

## Changes Made

- `.structure.txt` - Temporary planning file
- `_REORGANIZATION_PLAN.md` - Temporary planning file
- Empty subdirectories (architecture/, reports/)

## Statistics

- **Before**: 76 markdown files in flat/mixed structure
- **After**: 76 markdown files in organized hierarchy
- **Categories**: 6 main categories + 4 preserved subdirectories
- **Archive**: 23 deprecated files moved to archive/
- **New Files**: 3 (README.md, 2 placeholders, this summary)

## Benefits

1. **Clear Navigation** - README.md provides comprehensive index
2. **Logical Grouping** - Files organized by purpose (guides, reference, releases, etc.)
3. **Preserved History** - Old docs archived, not deleted
4. **Better Maintenance** - Easier to find and update documentation
5. **User-Friendly** - Guides separate from technical reference
6. **Project Status** - Centralized status reports and test results

## Next Steps

- Update internal links in markdown files to reflect new structure
- Add CHANGELOG.md consolidating release information
- Review archived files for potential deletion
- Update GitHub wiki/pages if applicable
