### Proxy Logic

**Request Flow:**
1. **CLI Detection**: Checks if model contains "/" (e.g., "meta-llama/llama-3.1-8b-instruct")
2. **Proxy Startup**: Launches Express server on port 3000
3. **URL Override**: Sets `ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL=http://localhost:3000`
4. **Request Conversion**: Converts Anthropic Messages API → OpenAI Chat Completions
5. **OpenRouter Proxy**: Forwards to `https://openrouter.ai/api/v1/chat/completions`
6. **Response Translation**: Converts OpenAI response → Anthropic format
7. **SDK Consumption**: Claude SDK receives Anthropic-compatible response
