## Install

```shell
npm install --save @solana/spl-memo @solana/web3.js@1
```

```shell
yarn add @solana/spl-memo @solana/web3.js@1

## Build from Source

0. Prerequisites

* Node 16+
* PNPM 9+

1. Clone the project:
```shell
git clone https://github.com/solana-program/memo.git
```

2. Navigate to the library:
```shell
cd clients/js-legacy
```

3. Install the dependencies:
```shell
pnpm install
```

4. Build the library:
```shell
pnpm build
```

5. Run the tests:
```shell
pnpm test
```
