- Peer dependency on `@sky.ui/core` bumped to `^0.0.8`, which marks heavy peer dependencies (`d3`, `three`, `@lit-labs/*`) as optional.

- **Breaking install flow:** removed npm `postinstall` and the `tar` dependency from the published stub. Run `npx sky.ui.pro install` after `npm install` to download and hydrate the licensed artifact.
