1. License Grant
   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sista AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
   - Install and use the Software in your applications
   - Integrate the Software with your services
   - Use the Software for both commercial and non-commercial purposes

2. Restrictions
   You may not:
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
   - Attempt to discover the source code of the Software
   - Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
   - Create derivative works based on the Software
   - Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws
   - Share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software

3. Service Usage
   This Software requires an active Sista AI service subscription to function.
   You are responsible for maintaining a valid subscription through the Sista AI Admin Panel.

4. Disclaimer
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5. Limitation of Liability
   IN NO EVENT SHALL SISTA AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.

6. Termination
   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically
   without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
