## SEVERITY 1: BLOCKER ISSUES 🚨

### Issue #1: Failing Test - getUnstagedFiles() returns empty array for modified files

**Status:** ❌ **CURRENTLY FAILING**

**Location:** `src/git/__tests__/status.test.ts:77`

After examining both memfs and isomorphic-git source code, the root cause is a **time precision mismatch** between how memfs updates timestamps and how isomorphic-git detects file changes.
