# FOUND-022 Continuation Notes

## What We Accomplished

### ✅ Phase 1: Codebase Analysis (COMPLETED)
- Used Task agent (Explore mode - very thorough) to analyze entire fspec codebase
- Identified **23 total bounded contexts** (infrastructure + business domains)
- Applied ULTRATHINK analysis to determine strategic vs tactical contexts
- Validated using "20-person company test" and bounded context mapping

### ✅ Phase 2: Strategic Bounded Contexts (COMPLETED)
- Recommended **6 strategic bounded contexts** for foundation:
  1. Work Management
  2. Specification
  3. Discovery (Example Mapping)
  4. Event Storming (Domain Analysis)
  5. Foundation (Strategic Design)
  6. Testing & Validation

### ✅ Phase 3: Add Bounded Contexts to Foundation (COMPLETED)
Successfully added all 6 bounded contexts to `foundation.json`:

## 🚧 What Remains (BLOCKED)

### ❌ Phase 4: Add Aggregates (BLOCKED - Missing Commands)
**Problem:** Commands referenced in bootstrap documentation don't exist:
- `fspec add-aggregate-to-foundation` ❌
- `fspec add-domain-event-to-foundation` ❌
- `fspec add-command-to-foundation` ❌

**Action Taken:**
- Created **FOUND-033** story to implement missing commands
- Attached comprehensive analysis document with:
  - All proposed aggregates for each bounded context
  - All domain events for each bounded context
  - All commands for each bounded context
  - Implementation requirements and data model changes
  - Expected usage examples

**Blocker Status:** FOUND-022 is BLOCKED on FOUND-033 completion.

## Key Insights from This Session

1. **Big Picture Event Storm requires aggregates** - Not just bounded contexts
2. **fspec documentation references commands that don't exist** - Bootstrap docs need updating or commands need implementing
3. **23 bounded contexts discovered** - But only 6 are strategic (rest are infrastructure)
4. **ULTRATHINK validation** - Used "20-person company test" and bounded context mapping to validate selection
5. **Foundation Event Storm structure** - Already supports multiple item types (just needs commands to add them)
