Confirm the recorded review stage is activated and inherited. Review the exact scope read-only. Pass the CodeGraph gate; use graph paths for attack flow and impact, LSP for exact symbols, and `ast_grep` for structural checks. Use native `security_scan` when the runtime detector reports it available; otherwise run non-mutating repository-native scanners and record the fallback. Validate candidates before assigning severity. Ponytail must never remove a security control. Report only evidence-backed findings with location, exploit consequence, confidence, and countermeasure. Fixes require a separate plan and must not be applied in this review task.
