# What's new

Invoked by the admin agent directly.

This is the platform's release timeline, newest first. Each entry shows the date it shipped and the version it shipped in, so you can tell the operator how current their install is. To compare, read the installed version from `capabilities-here` and match it against the versions below. Keep answers high level and in plain English; this is a summary, not a full commit log.

## 2026-07-26 (0.1.511)

- Fixed a dashboard bug where the Host CPU card could sit on a loading skeleton for a full minute after its figure had already arrived, even though the sidebar was showing the same number.

## 2026-07-26 (0.1.510)

- The admin screens load faster: page assets are now sent pre-compressed, and the sessions list reads from disk without holding up everything else on the server.
- Fixed several admin screens that could answer for the wrong account when an install has more than one, including the calendar booking link, the logs search, and the chat settings.
- When an account folder cannot be found, the error now says which condition it actually hit instead of blaming a missing file.

## 2026-07-26 (0.1.509)

- The Agents page now names the tool that set an agent's risk level, and shows it by its short name instead of the full internal path.
- Publishing a site twice at the same time can no longer delete the live copy; the later publish now stands down instead of clearing the tree out from under the first.
- A slow dashboard now records where the time actually went, so a sluggish load can be traced rather than guessed at.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.508)

- Real Agent's screens now use a single, cleaner typeface throughout, and the old olive-green colour is gone.
- You can now disable an agent from the Agents page, and each one shows its risk level.
- Dashboard sections appear as soon as each one loads, instead of the whole page waiting on the slowest one.
- Real Agent's icons and imagery were redrawn to match its colour palette.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.507)

- Chat now updates the moment a message or permission prompt arrives, instead of checking every couple of seconds.
- The dashboard has a visual refresh: cards now fill in properly instead of looking transparent.
- The Data page has a new two-pane view with a folder rail on wider screens, and uploads/sites are now correctly grouped under Home.
- Every assistant tool now carries a declared risk level, checked automatically so it cannot silently drift.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.506)

- Fixed a bug where the Agents page and a few other admin screens could resolve the wrong account.
- The dashboard and sidebar now update instantly when something changes, instead of waiting for the next refresh.
- The Data page now groups your files into Home and System, with a clearer card layout.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.505)

- Upgraded to Claude Opus 5, the assistant's most capable model.
- The Agents page now also lists any specialist you have created yourself, alongside the built-in ones, with its own detail view.
- Fixed a task-assignment bug where assigning a task to someone could fail.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.504)

- Tasks can now be assigned to a person directly from the picker in the Tasks view.
- The Agents page is back as its own admin surface, with a card grid and a detail view for each agent.
- The loading screen now covers every screen's first load, not just when switching accounts.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.503)

- The "stalled" indicator in chat now only shows when a turn is genuinely stuck, not during a normal pause.
- Quote price changes always go through the proper pricing engine now, closing a path that could skip its checks.
- The Skills and Calendar detail views are wider and no longer show an unnecessary scrollbar.

## 2026-07-25 (0.1.502)

- Uploading a file from the phone or desktop app now shows as a proper thumbnail in chat, not a raw file path.
- Switching accounts now shows a loading screen and lands you on the dashboard instead of a blank page.
- Uploaded files are automatically filed into the right folder instead of sitting in a temporary holding area.
- Searching your files is more reliable and no longer times out on larger accounts.

## 2026-07-21 (0.1.482)

- WhatsApp now runs a separate connection for each client account, so one client's messages never mix with another's.
- A client account can pair its own WhatsApp number, and the assistant can reply inside an existing WhatsApp thread on that number.

## 2026-07-20 (0.1.481)

- Data portal: a client can browse their whole folder tree, not just uploads, and download files held on the device through a private timed link.
- The activity page was rebuilt as one card per live session, with a date-range filter and active-time for each session.
- The tasks list now opens inside the admin screen instead of a separate view.
- Incoming WhatsApp messages are now saved under the correct account.
- Outlook sign-in is steadier: token refreshes no longer clash between processes.

## 2026-07-11 (0.1.436)

- Reading a WhatsApp history now finds the right account's conversations.

## 2026-07-10 (0.1.427)

- You can now reassign which team member manages a client account.
- Time spent can be recorded against a task.
- Email setup can point drafts at a chosen folder.

## 2026-07-08 (0.1.414)

- The client view now shows the account manager's WhatsApp threads alongside the rest.

## 2026-07-05 (0.1.401)

- Each brand now carries its own colour theme.
- The chat box shows a Connect prompt when the assistant is offline, instead of failing silently.

## 2026-07-01 (0.1.377)

- The WhatsApp reader shows saved conversations even when nothing is in the live cache.

## 2026-06-28 (0.1.370)

- Public booking page: set how far ahead people can book, page through five days at a time, and allow back-to-back slots.
- The admin calendar links straight to your public booking page.
- Telegram is now a first-class channel, the same as WhatsApp and web chat.

## 2026-06-18 (0.1.336)

- Every operator-facing reply is now written in plain English.
- Project guides added: stakeholder mapping, pre-mortem, prioritisation, and turning a meeting into tasks.
