Keep both changes active and do not archive either one. Do not serialize the writes, retry away the conflict, or hand-edit state. Do not fabricate or hand-author the three required command envelopes. Use only the Comet Native Skill and bundled Runtime; do not create OpenSpec, Classic, or change-local `runtime/`, trajectory, checkpoint, receipt, evidence, snapshot, or hash files. `.comet/runtime` is Runtime-owned and is allowed.
