## Sidebar

The sidebar pane renders a list of all comments on the current page.

## Overlay

The overlay renders comments next to the blocks. Unresolved comments are
highlighted.

## Action

The action is added to the block actions overlay on selected blocks. Clicking
the action opens a dropdown to add a new comment.
